How long does my order take to ship?

For orders containing finished products, processing and packing is completed within 2-4 business days of when your order is placed. Custom or made-to-order pieces typically take 4-6 weeks, but the exact time frame will be clearly communicated prior.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final, except in the unfortunate case there is a structural or other defect rendering a piece unusable.

What happens if my item breaks in transit?

All shipments are properly insured and carefully packed. If your item arrives broken, please keep ALL PACKAGING and email us immediately at kkbceramics@gmail.com
